I am a compassionate counsellor committed to supporting individuals, families and couples through life challenges, and emotional and financial stress. I apply person-centred, supportive, non-judgmental approach relevant to each client’s circumstances.

I have supported children/adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds on the road to recovery. I also worked with victims of violent crime and family violence. I believe in person-centred therapy as a safe space to develop strategies that promote emotional wellbeing, help navigate personal concerns, relationship challenges and family dynamics.

In our sessions, my clients can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where their experiences are heard. I help people understand their emotions, understand relationships, build resilience and overcome difficulties. My goal is to empower clients to make positive changes, strengthen their self-awareness, and reconnect with their own strengths and values.

I deliver more consistent care in complex mental health and high risk environments. I have worked with people experiencing emotional distress and suicidal thoughts.
